Quality Policy Statement

The Integrated Management System is approved and communicated by the Organisations Senior Management Team and maintained to reflect the current implemented management system. Senior Management establish the organisation’s policy and ensure that measurable objectives are set at relevant functions and levels.

The objectives are consistent with this Quality Policy Statement. The company is currently committed to meeting the requirements of ISO9001:2015.

Senior Management review the organisations Integrated Management System at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness and to identify opportunities for improvement and any need for changes.

Management ensure that processes needed for the business management system are established, implemented and maintained and is responsible for reporting on the performance of the business management system which may highlight any need for improvement.

The Senior Management Team are committed to meeting all applicable legal and other requirements that pertain to the business risks, aspects and associated activities.

Senior Management empower the Process Owners with the organisations freedom to resolve matters pertaining to the system. This includes the task of ensuring a promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation and for liaison with external parties on matters relating to the Integrated Management Systems. Senior Managers are committed to providing a safe working environment while implementing and maintaining an effective Integrated Management System.

Specific objectives are defined and monitored to address business needs. They are used to deploy the Quality Policy Statement and are subject to Management Review to guarantee continuing suitability, efficiency and effectiveness.
